Mileage for estimates is calculated using Google Maps at the time of planning (fastest route). Actual time is captured by the Flexio Drivers mobile app, which records real route duration and any wait time at each stop.

Flexio’s pay cycle runs Monday–Sunday. Direct deposits are initiated every Monday to the bank account you added during onboarding. Funds typically post on Wednesday (your bank may add an extra day).

Open Wallet in the Flexio Drivers app to see your completed deliveries/routes and payout history. Amounts shown may not include applicable retentions/withholdings or specific expenses (e.g., liability insurance) where required.
