How fast can you deliver?

Do I need to use your software?
No. You can send orders from your EHR or pharmacy system, through our API, or from a simple client portal. The technology is part of the service — there's nothing to buy or run.
How do you handle cold-chain deliveries?
Temperature-sensitive items travel in insulated, validated packaging, with temperature readings logged from pickup to handoff so you have a record for every delivery.
What happens if the patient isn't home?
Our AI communication confirms delivery windows ahead of time to prevent missed deliveries. If an attempt still fails, we follow your rules — reattempt, reschedule with the patient, or return the item to you with custody intact.
Can you deliver controlled substances?
Yes. Controlled-substance deliveries require ID and age verification at the door, with photo proof of delivery and a full audit trail.
